What will your nights look like?
- Welcoming late-arriving guests with warmth and ease, helping them settle in after a long journey
- Managing check-ins, check-outs, and everything in between with confidence and care
- Being the go-to person for guests during the night—whether it’s a welcome drink, an extra pillow, or info about the parking
- Keeping the lobby tidy, calm, and inviting—ready for a fresh start in the morning
- Carrying out safety checks to ensure a secure and peaceful good night's sleep for the guests
- Coordinating with the morning team so that they will have a great start to the day
- Knowing and following all safety and emergency procedures
Who we’re looking for
- A true night owl who feels at home working during late hours
- Naturally friendly and welcoming—someone with a smile, even at 3 a.m.
- Reliable, calm, and confident when working solo
- Flexible and proactive, with a hands-on attitude
- Comfortable to stay professional both in quiet moments and unexpected situations
Nice to have (but not essential)
Previous front desk or hospitality experience
Fluency in English (additional languages are a big plus)
No prior experience? No problem—we’ll train and support you until you feel confident.
