We are looking for a Junior Application Engineer to join our technical team and work with innovative products used in real customer applications. The role offers hands-on technical work, close collaboration with experienced colleagues, and strong opportunities for professional growth. Suitable for graduates, early-career engineers, and experienced candidates alike.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customer meetings, with guidance from senior engineers
Support the sales team in understanding customer requirements and defining suitable applications and technical specifications
Develop simple applications, prototypes, and demonstration setups to validate feasibility and showcase product capabilities
Participate in product capability assessments, validation activities, and early-stage customer evaluations
Deliver technical follow-up support to customers and internal teams to ensure applications perform according to specifications
Create reference designs, system demo boards, and application examples to support new product introductions
Contribute to the preparation of application notes, technical articles, and supporting documentation
Collaborate closely with Marketing and New Product Development teams on product definitions, system concepts, and validation activities

Requirements

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field
Basic experience or academic background with laboratory measurement methods and electronic test equipment
Fundamental knowledge of analog circuit techniques and hardware design
Basic understanding of microelectronics, IC manufacturing processes, and statistics
Familiarity with CAD tools for electronic circuit design (academic projects are sufficient)
Certification according to Government Regulation No. 194/2022 Coll., on Professional Competence in Electrical Engineering
(§5 for junior employees / §6 for experienced employees – certification can be completed or extended after joining)
Strong communication and organizational skills, curiosity, creativity, and a customer-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn, develop technical expertise, and grow into the role with support from senior colleagues
Ability and willingness to travel occasionally
Proficiency with MS Office
Active written and spoken English
